There's a cute interweaving story in this episode with the book "The Rules." If you are a woman, you probably know about this book. It's a list of all the rules women should abide by to find a husband. Personally, I think it's a bunch of bull, and so does Renee, as she tells Ally not to pay attention to it. When things go weird between her and Cheanie, Ally begins to wonder if there is a book for men. I've often wondered the same thing. But I don't think they need a book. I don't think any of us do. I think love happens when it happens. Simple as that.
